For the sum number of days that I have been here, I noticed a particular feature that irks me in such a manner. I'm sure everybody has seen it. It's that added feature where, as you're typing, a code shows you how your post is currently going to look once it has been submitted. Above the Message box, where it is called "Live Preview." It automatically updates itself as you type and use codes.
However, I've noticed that the code is not only faulty, but annoying (for me). As I type, it always constantly pushes the screen down when a new line as been added, forcing me to center myself. It sometimes even makes me lose place of where I was at. And when the message gets longer as well, I can't help but notice that the page slows down as I am typing and I'll have to wait for it to finish processing the combined total of what I had put down before I can go back and maybe fix a typo I made.
In addition to that, the faulty part I really notice is when I start using sum-number of forum codes. It will start to show in the Live Preview what I have used incorrectly. For example, if I use a larger size font, even have I put in the , it will often times still show the rest of the text in a very, very large font. And not until I put down another basic just to get it back to normal will the extra large font go away.
I can understand where one might think that this code was a good idea, but there's still too many bug in it. It slows down my progress and is annoying when it constantly changes my screen position and I have to get it all fixed again before I can continue. Plus, misleading with code appearances and confusing the hell out of me.
If I want to see a preview of what I have, I'll just hit the "Preview" button. It is accurate and doesn't constantly resize on me.
In a nutshell, I ask for the Live Preview code to be removed from the H&F.
