Personality: Palkia knows about his power and he knows that other pokemon fear him because of it. But, really, Palkia is a peaceful pokemon that doesn't particularly want to hurt anyone. He's a bit of a showoff in his powers, but unlike myths, he doesn't do it to destroy the Earth. He has a long temper, attention and patience span. He likes to teach others about things and won't make fun of anyone. He's a jokester and isn't afraid to goof around like the village idiot. He enjoys battling for fun purposes rather than leveling up. He can be cocky and can brag about his powers, but he's really a rather tame legendary!
History: Palkia was created by Arceus when the universe was new. He was created with his partner, Diagla. Diagla was the master of time, and he was the master of space. However, the two of them never got along very well and got into vicious fights. They eventually had to live in their own dimensions so they wouldn't destroy things. However, Palkia was summoned back by Team Galatic's boss, Cyrus to create a new world. Palkia didn't want to use his power for the evil Cyrus invisioned, but he had no choice. A trainer saved him from doing something he'd regret and for that, he would always respect humans in a way no one else could understand.
