The five legendary birds are located here. Moltres, Zapados, Articuno, Lugia, and Ho-Oh. Each has their own island where they live and have their young. When ever one of them meets there is a huge battle, mostly between Moltres, Zabados, and Articuno. Lugia will tame them down and send them back to their own island, but there are times when Lugia and Ho-Oh get into battles all hell freezes over.

All the three legendary beasts live here roaming the grass lands. They mostly come here to speak to each other, rest, eat, do what ever they want basically. But the rest of the time they are exploring the other regions. Celebi can also be found exploring these lands. Shaymin also scuttle along here in both forms.

The caves are dark and cold. The four Pokemon golems are located here. Regirock, Registeel, Regice, and Regigigas. In order for Regigigas to become alive and active the other three Regi's must be present. They usually stay here but when there is trouble somewhere or an imbalance then they go toward the imbalance.

The Legendary twins are located here protecting a city located at sea. Latios and Latias protect this place and protect each other. They never battle alone, but Latios tends to protect Latias when an attack is aimed at her.

Pokemon of the weather are located here. Such as Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza. Jirachi and Deoxys are also located here. All of these Pokemon dislike each other and when they get their paths crossed a huge battle erupts. Jirachi can usually tame all of these giants down.

The Lake Guardians are located here. They keep the peace for all of the regions. Uxie, Mespirt, Azelf, Manaphy, and Phione are located here. Each one can communicate to each of each telepathically. They usually come here to chat, rest, eat, bathe, etc... Shaymin also come here to the Flower Gardens so that they can change into their sky forms. Many Gracadia Flowers are here because of the garden.

The dragon pokemon are located here. Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and Arceus. All of these Pokemon hate each other, but when the world is about to end Arceus is the only one who will stop the fighting between these three Pokemon. Oddly Heatran is also located here. It lives in a large volcano.

Pokemon of the Lunar race are located here. These Pokemon are Darkrai, Cresselia. Each Pokemon complement each other in that Darkrai causes nightmares, and Cresselia cures them.

A huge garden full of trees, flowers, and bushes. There is a building located there, where Victini sleeps and hangs out. Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus are also located here in their own little area. Genesect and Meloetta can also be seen wandering around here.

Caves which are located all over the Unova region are located here. Four pokemon live in these caves and shaded areas. Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, and Keldeo. Keldeo is the youngest of the group and the other three rescued it.
