Exploring the World (open)

Anger was building deeply within my body. The hate age around all Pokemon were mean in this world. Even my own kind. Why would my own kind attack me? The scar was carried on my right rump from the attack. This is why I travel alone. You see I am not like other ponyta's I was a rare type of Pokemon that the humans call a Shiny. My flames are navy and steel blue instead of the usual orange and red ones. So I was one good lucking prize indeed. Finally I entered the forest as I was keeping myself away from my usual home a fire terrine. The forest was filled with bug Pokemon, but I was stronger than them, so I didn't worry about them. Finding some water, I dipped my dial down and began to drink from the lake. I was alert for danger, and pretty soon it came. A Pokemon which was a beedrill began to attack me. I wasn't going to be pushed around anymore, so I used my ember attack on the wild beast. Something hit my shoulder and it hurt, the poison attack from the beedrill have put some damage on me. Knowing my limit I galloped away, Ponyta was the fastest Pokemon on the earth, well expect for my evolve form Rapidash. Running from a bug Pokemon was stupid but it was stronger than me, and finally I lost it. Stupid darn Pokemon, I snorted and began to eat the sweet grass on the ground, which was more open, but I didn't care. Who could possible harm me right now and here.

Voltage stalked around in the forest, his yellow pillars making little to no sound as he padded deeper and deeper. Purple eyes scanned the terra around him, never had he been in a forest so full of bug pokemon!

His ears twitched as he heard the sound of a pokemon in distress. Or, thats what he though he heard. All the hairs on his body stood up to sharp points, was he to fight today? He hoped now, Voltage wasn't a fighter, more of a healer if that could work out. But he had some powerful moves on him, like Thunderbolt and quick attack.

His heart started to thump as he saw a blue flame in the distance, had someone angered a fire pokemon? There was only one way to find out...

Slowly he started forward, sparks starting to fly from his pelt. It was a natural thing that he couldn't help, he was scared. And thats what happened when he was, but what he saw made him nearly bolt away in fear! It was a pontya about twice his size!

Pride kept him steady, and pride only. His purple eyes were widen in fear as he layed there, looking proud and calm...

I was still eating the grass peacefully, knowing there weren't many bug Pokemon around here. Well in the open there wasn't anyone much around. My flames were getting bigger now as my fear was hitting my heart. I wanted to fight as much as possible so I can evolve into a rapidash. If I lose then I couldn't care, at least I have some experience which was a good thing. Blue orbs were looking around as I finished eating for moment. Then I spotted something, a spark of some kind, which was odd. Bug Pokemon doesn't have spark attacks? So how come there is one now. Snorting some as I was defendful and I headed towards the long grass, there I spotted a Joltoen, and I snorted again.

Hello there, who are you? What do you want? If you come to attack me you better get away, unless you want a battle! I warned this strange pokemon. I wasn't going to be pushed around again. My flames went higher again, showing I was ready and serious about fighting. I would take any Pokemon on. Stronger, Higher Level and Age, didn't matter me, I wanted to get stronger and lot more experience so I can at least evolve.

Hooves were pawing the ground. I wasn't that social able around other Pokemon and I had my reason to be this way. Orbs were watching closely just in case this weirdo was up to, whatever it was I was ready for it.

Voltage just froze out of pure shock, now the strong pokemon wanted to fight him! Of all pokemon in the forest, it had to be him. His claws dug into the ground, as he was to shocked to speak. Who was he to respond? 'No thanks, I dont battle.' That would make him seem like a weakling. Which he wasnt, though he really didnt fight.

"I... Im Voltage, I dont want any trouble!"

He barked, a little louder then intended. But it was already out there, and there was no taking it back. Now his heart thumped so wildly he could barley contain it.

Sparks were still flying off the tiny pokemon as he closed his eyes, trying to stay calm. But he couldn't help but imagine his hoof landing down in his tiny ribs.

Seeing the Pokemon was really scared and didn't want to fight, I simple stopped and calmed down. I didn't mean to scare him. Curiously caught my attention though. How the earth did he managed to evolve without fighting to gain experience. My blue flames began to calm down and relax into they usual emotion. I noticed the sparks coming from his body was him being scared. Joletons and other Electric type Pokemon were really funny creatures. Lowering my head towards the fox like head, I licked his fur, showing him I wouldn't hurt him.

Sorry for my defenful behaviour. Nice too meet you Voltage. I am Unmistakable. I am a ponyta but trainers call my one a shiny, whatever that suppose to mean I chuckled a little.

I was hoping at least this Pokemon would teach me that not all of them were mean. I would protect this guy knowing with his fear he was high risk of getting captured by trainers. Licking his head some more, hoping this would smooth him more. I began to talk him again.

I hope you don't mind me asking you. But how did you evolve? I waited for his reply and looked down at the funny little creature which I was happy and proud to meet.

"Why did they leave? Did I do something wrong?"

Voltage let out a large sigh as the pokemon didnt want to hurt him. His legs seemed to melt like jello beneath him from all the shock that he was building up, his purple eyes noticeably lost a lot of tension as he opened his fox-like mouth to speak

"I would have to say, the name fits!"

He barked, a more friendly look on his face then before, for some reason he didn't feel hostile around the pokemon. As he was always on edge, but it was different, maybe he trusted Unmistakable? His ears twitched as the pontya asked him how he evolved, it was a strange story, but he was willing to tell

"Well, me and my siblings were exploring out of our cave when some trainers ran along. My brothers wanted to go see what was in the bag, my sisters and I thought it wasn't such a good idea... But my brothers forced me into climbing into one of the bags while the humans slept. There was a shiny rock in there, a bright yellow one."

He started off, trying to remember all that went on, it has been a while sense he evolved. He also didn't blame the pokemon for asking, it must be strange, seeing a Jolteon who doesn't fight. Voltage took in a breath, then continued

"Then I grabbed it with my teeth, that's when I started to evolve, everything was white, and shiny. Almost blinding, and when I opened my eyes, I was a yellow spiky pokemon instead of a cute brown one."

He said, finishing his story and settling himself to lay down.
