"Such a magnificent lake!"
Outstretched before was a lake that all came from one, huge waterfall. What kind of place was this? Well, it didn't matter! This was a paradise for grass type Pokemon, those who demanded the need for pure water to survive strong and healthy.
Running forward on tiny, tiny legs seemed to be just a small flowering bush. This was actually a rare Pokemon known as a Shaymin. Among the smallest of all the Pokemon, most wouldn't even notice it even if they were looking straight at it. But this particular Shaymin, who went by the name of Caesar, had been traveling on his own for whoever knows how long. He has also gone a while without water, too. Still a young little hedgehog, fresh on his own since leaving the past Flower Garden, he had to make things out for himself now. And boy, if he had to go much longer without water, he was sure he was going to croak!
"Thank GOD!" Caesar said, running at full speed to the shore of this massive lake. "I finally made it to the Water Region! I knew I should've got direction... man... bad news if I went the wrong way and went to the Fire Region... I would've been cooked there for sure. I don't like it..." he murmured to himself, approaching the lake shore.
When finally there, he stepped into the shallows slightly and started to guzzle water down. It was crisp, fresh, and pure indeed. He could feel the blossoms on his sides start to bloom again since they had gone dormant to help conserve energy. Weird little habit, but that's just how it works. Caesar thought to himself that it might be worth while to check this place out and maybe even stay here for a few days. The water already seemed plenty good, but he also wanted to check the soil... it was all natural instinct to see if this might be a suitable future location for the next Flower Garden. But the Flower Bearing tradition wouldn't be for a good, long while. It was done only once every so often, after all.
Then, Caesar heard something. A voice? There was surely some movement in the bushes. What if it was a predator?! He couldn't stay here for much longer, in the shallows! So turning tail, he quickly hopped back on land and found a patch of tall grass. He hoped into it and curled up slightly so his entire green back was hiding his white underbelly. The only part he left exposed was a portion of his face so he may see what's going on.
